I’m Lourdes, and I help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore energetic
harmony, and deepen their connection to the Divine through the healing powers of
sound and energy

I come from a long line of traditional shamans, and this ancestral lineage deeply informs
the work I offer today. Most of us know what it feels like to be disconnected from our
own energy and Divine support system, feeling uncertain of which path to take or how to
move forward in our lives.

But your wisdom has never left. I’m here to help you reconnect with that flow of spiritual
healing and guidance – to find the natural flow that guides you back home.
There are many places that words alone cannot reach, and this is where beauty,
vibration, and sacred sound can shine.

How I Hold This Space

Sound has a way of moving through the body and the spirit, gently revealing what has
been hidden beneath the noise. Every vibration carries information. Every frequency
holds the potential to restore harmony.

I am a Certified Marma Practitioner trained under Dr. Vasant Lad, a Level Two Somatic Sound Bowl Healer. I am also a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am a long-time mediumship student of Dr. Holly Hobbs of Morning Glory Healing, and I have trained in Angelic frequency healing with Beth Carlton of Angels Whispering Light. I practice energy healing in connection with Mother Mary and work with the Archangels for healing and guidance. Drawing upon my ancestral shamanic lineage alongside these modern trainings, I bring together ancient tradition and contemporary technique to create a healing experience shaped specifically for you.

Through sound, energy, and sacred presence, I invite the body to soften, the mind to
quiet, and Spirit to come forward. This is a space where you can listen more deeply,
reconnect with your inner knowing, and become receptive to the clarity and guidance
already waiting for you.

I hold space for all who feel called toward deeper connection.
For those who are seeking clarity, peace, energetic renewal, or a more intimate
relationship with their inner wisdom and the Divine.

Whether we meet in person or online from anywhere in the world, we will create a
personalized healing path that honors your unique energy, experience, and intentions.
Your session may include somatic sound bowl healing, Marma therapy, shamanic
healing and journeying, energy healing, and any guided messages that need to come
forth – whatever your spirit is calling for in that moment.
